SUMMARY

The Staff Accountant is responsible for performing basic accounting functions and supporting Senior Accountants in the overall accounting cycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

• Cash/bank reconciliations; balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconcile Inventory
• Record bonus accrual and record monthly amortization
• Prepare JV financials (i.e. run and organize reports)
• Prepare JV cash flows
• Prepare rent/CAM invoices (as applicable)
• Review rent summaries to ensure any rate increases have been captured
• Prepare quarterly distribution calculations
• Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job
