Salary: $70,000-106,000 annually
Level: Senior
Duties And Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis, identify trends and variances
Review and provide in-depth analysis on project revenues, costs, budget and variances
Conduct monthly financial reviews with management
Responsible for month-end financial close process
Reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts
Process/review various journal entries, including deferred rent, depreciation/amortization, accruals, and etc.
Compile consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, equity statement and cash flow statement
Assist in various audits including financial, overhead, and project audits
Compile financial report and ad hoc reports as needed
Improve and enhance processes and internal controls

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; required
Minimum 5 years of accounting experiences in public and/or private industry; required
Experience in both GL and project accounting; required
A&E industry experience is required
Audit experience is preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Deep familiarity with accounting process and procedure, and internal controls
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) overhead (preferred but not required)
CPA is a plus
All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
